Workshop & Symposium Board
Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies holds various academic conferences to examine the directions of Korean studies led by researchers inside and outside Korea and to seek an appropriate direction for Korean studies in the future. The institute hopes the academic conferences will enable domestic and international exchange between researchers in Korean studies and will also provide an opportunity for communication between school systems.
Colloquium Board
Kyujanggak Colloquium is an academic event wherein domestic scholars of Korean studies and foreign scholars invited by the institute as guest researchers present their research outcomes. The institute wishes to contribute to the domestic and international exchange between scholars of Korean studies and communications between school systems by providing domestic and foreign scholars of Korean studies with expertise as well as, opportunities to present and discuss recent research outcomes at the institute that has assembled the research manpower for Korean studies.
Academic Seminar Board
The Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies holds the Kyujanggak Seminar to expand its research capabilities. The Kyujanggak Seminar shares recent academic trends and research outcomes between school systems and contributes to the advancement of Korean studies in all regards by presenting the outcomes of current research efforts and engaging in discussions about those outcomes, centering on the researchers of Kyujanggak. The institute calls for the participation of all interested researchers.

Conference Board
The Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies intends to facilitate the organization of joint research teams through a conference. The conference is an academic event prepared to spur the academic activities of the Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies, and is designed to suggest and specify research topics, form long-term strategic topics, and prepare the framework of discussions between school systems. Topics that engage in preliminary discussion for the development of a long-term strategic task are desirable as research topics for the conference, and the autonomous participation of researchers is important. The institute intends to organize a new conference and also support active conferences within the university as a way to promote the conference. The institute supports the existing conferences by providing a budget for conferences that use the institute's facilities. Contact the Division of Research and Planning for all related inquiries.
